Terms and ticket conditions
The conditions that apply to tickets, membership and this website.
Tickets
Each ticket carries a unique QR code that admits one guest and can be scanned once. Please bring it printed or on your phone. Reserved seats are held in the name on the order.
Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable within 7 days of an event. Before then, contact us and we will do our best to help. If an event is cancelled by us, tickets are refunded in full.
Membership
Membership runs for one year from the date it is approved. Applying is not the same as being approved; a board member will confirm.
Photography
Photographs are often taken at our events and may appear in our gallery. Tell a board member if you would prefer not to be photographed.
